"Event details were accurate"
I used Ticketline for a gig recently, and in this case everything matched up properly, the door times, venue info, and ticket type were all exactly as shown when I got there.
I’m usually a bit cautious with event listings because wrong timings can be a pain, but for this gig it was easy to check and turned out to be reliable. No real hassle, so I’d use them again.

I did get a response from support in the end, and they were helpful once they replied. That said, it took longer than I expected, so the waiting part was a bit frustrating. Overall, not a bad experience, but the response time could definitely be better.

The tickets themselves were fine, but the fees kind of ruined it for me. I thought I was getting a decent price, then by the time I got to checkout, the total had jumped way higher than expected. Like, why does it always have to be a surprise at the end? It just made the whole thing feel like poor value. I probably wouldn’t use Ticketline again unless the prices were noticeably cheaper.

I tried asking about accessible seating and, apparently, getting clear information was a bit too much to hope for. Replies were slow, the answers were vague, and I had to follow up twice just to get anywhere. Booking ended up being way more stressful than it needed to be, which was lovely

Booked my tickets on ticketline.co.uk and it was really straightforward. The pages loaded without any fuss, picking seats was clear, and the payment went through first try. I got the confirmation email pretty much straight away too. Small win for me because I managed to get it all sorted on my lunch break with time to spare. No hassle at all, I’d use them again
